First, the outline of the model has to be designed with the Pen tool and shape bulider.

Wheels are added to the car. rotate and reflect tools are used here as well.

1 Tone color

With this particular style, the outcome appears flattened, leaning towards a more cartoonish aesthetic.
Gradient and removed borders

For a realistic look, we use a gradient for the car's main color, remove prominent borders, and fade highlights.
