Overview

Bewegungsintelligenz needed a complete refresh to stay relevant and competitive. I redesigned and developed a dynamic, connection-focused website that reflects their core philosophy — combining thoughtful UI design with interactive technical solutions to create a powerful new digital presence.

My Role
General Structure
General Structure
}
As the web designer and developer, I was responsible for building a new website experience that modernized the client’s online presence and better represented their philosophy.
The client had an old, outdated website with minimal branding guidance. My job was to create a fresh, professional, and relevant site based on their request for an orange and blue color palette — later evolving to a warmer, more inviting color scheme after feedback rounds.
I handled:
Website structure planning
UI/UX design across multiple page types (landing, blog, package overview, price tables, etc.)
Custom front-end development
Interactive vector-based features using HTML/CSS
After exploring tons of productivity concepts like PARA from Marie Poulin and Tiago Forte, and reviewing creative workflows from Ali Abdaal, Keep Productive and Thomas Frank, the starting point for me was to flesh out a system of thinking for Notion that connects from the big to the small.

Key Features & Challenges
{
}
Translating Philosophy into Design
The core of Bewegungsintelligenz’s work is the belief that all parts of the human body are interconnected and can heal through movement.
Inspired by their original hand-drawn body painting, I designed the website structure to reflect this interconnectedness — linking sections with dynamic lines and visual connections that run across the page, creating a fluid storytelling experience.
Interactive Human Body Visualization
Instead of reusing a static illustration, I enhanced the experience by:
Creating a vector-based human figure
Placing dynamic clickable/joint points on top of the vector using HTML and CSS
This made the image flexible, scalable, and interactive, giving users a richer connection to the brand’s core message.
Visual and Color Evolution
Originally based on an orange and blue theme, the site evolved through client feedback. Working with our graphic designer, we developed a warmer, more natural palette that better suited the healing and personal coaching atmosphere of the brand.
Building a Scalable Website
The site needed more than a beautiful homepage. I designed and developed:
Project showcase pages
Blog and article layouts
Package overview sections with clear service offerings
Comparison tables for pricing packages, improving transparency and decision-making for visitors
Each element was designed to be both professional and approachable, reflecting their position between science and personal care.

Outcome & Impact
{
}
The finished website is a modern, scalable platform that significantly elevates Bewegungsintelligenz’s online presence:
Visually unique — representing the body’s connectedness through thoughtful design
Warmer, welcoming color palette that matches the brand’s tone and service style
Responsive and dynamic UX, from interactive elements to mobile optimization
Clearer service communication through better structure, project showcases, and transparent pricing
The new site now positions Bewegungsintelligenz to stand out among competitors, attracting both new clients and building deeper trust with existing ones.

What I Learned
{
}
This project reinforced how important it is to translate abstract philosophies into tangible design solutions. I also grew my skills in building interactive front-end experiences with pure HTML/CSS without losing visual harmony, and learned how important flexible design systems are when client feedback evolves during a project.
